Putting Owners first

Your Unity Priority Letting Service

Owners who choose ‘Priority Letting’ will have their homes let first before fleet accommodation in the same grade. So you can look forward to a substantial letting income.

All you need to do is...
commit to let your holiday home through Unity for:

  • 20 breaks in the season
  • 10 breaks of which must be in peak times

A commission of 19% + VAT will be deducted per booking from the net price paid for the accommodation element of the booking.

Getting started is simple

1 Choose your dates

For Priority Letting you will need to let for a minimum of 20 breaks in the season, 10 breaks of which must be in peak times. Then choose all the dates you want for yourself over the course of the season and we’ll set them aside for you. Hands off, holidaymakers!

How will my holiday be graded?

This depends on several factors; age, size, make and model, and a visual inspection are all part of the grading process. If you allow your own pets to stay, then we are obliged to let your holiday home as pet-friendly – and you’ll receive any extra revenue for the pet charge.

2 Complete a lettings application form

Once we receive your completed application form, we will support you every step of the way:

  • We'll be in touch to discuss how we can help you sublet your holiday home smoothly, confirming whether you've chosen the Unity Priority Letting Service or our standard subletting option.
  • Our team will inspect your holiday home, assess its grading, and complete an inventory check.
  • If any work is needed to get your holiday home ‘ready to let,’ we’ll take care of it, ensuring it meets the required standards.
  • Once everything is set, we’ll add your holiday home to our booking system and log your Owner Dates, so you can benefit from our extensive holiday marketing.
  • A final check will be carried out one week before lettings begin to ensure everything is just right.

What do I need to put in my holiday home?

We ask that you follow the standard inventory list that we use for our fleet holiday homes as this helps to maintain consistency throughout the brand. We can provide a full list of the inventory required to sublet your holiday home – please ask at Owner Services. Items do not have to be new, but they must be in excellent condition with no signs of wear.

Prior to your first let, a full check will be undertaken; any items missing or damaged will be replaced and you will be charged accordingly. After this time and throughout your letting season, we will replace items as and when required.

All personal items must be removed prior to your letting period. We are unable to store any items, therefore they will be removed. This includes electrical items and personal possessions.

3 One last check... and launch!

Once we’ve processed your details, we’ll reconfirm your dates with you. This is your chance to make sure you’re 100% happy – then we’ll get straight onto the important business of getting your home let out for you.

Your Unity Cover

For extra peace of mind, when you sign up to Your Lettings you get Your Cover included, designed to cover most mishaps caused by letting guests throughout the year. Worth £199 per year, you get cover for minor repairs and inventory up to £50* per incident whilst you let through us - giving you less to worry about.

Your Holiday Home Insurance
To let out your holiday home through Unity Holidays, you must have holiday home insurance that covers letting. You can insure through Gallaghers, or another provider of your choice that meets these requirements. Please ensure we have a copy for our files.

Repairs or replacements are made on a like-for-like basis whenever possible, except for standard inventory items which will be replaced with our standard inventory. We’ll try to match replacement items with existing styles or patterns whenever possible, but this cannot always be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to substitute where necessary.
Once you’ve signed up to Your Unity Lettings, your holiday home will be inspected for any works that are required to bring it up to standard, including inventory items. You must report any damage or loss within 24 hours of the holiday guest departing.
