Holiday Resort Unity is between the quiet seaside resort of Burnham-on-Sea and the lively town of Weston-super-Mare. If you enjoy walking, we are within 5 minutes of the Minehead to Brean stretch of the England Coast Path and National Trust site of Brean Down. Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury and Bristol are all popular days out.
The City of Wells
Britain's smallest city, a film location for both Poldark and Hot Fuzz, offers cobbled streets, Wells Cathedral and The Bishop's Palace and RHS accredited gardens. A 40 minute drive from Holiday Resort Unity, or you can go by bus from Weston-super-Mare.
Famous for its three lighthouses, it is home to the world's shortest pier, and is a small, traditional seaside town with sandy beach and good selection of shops and places to eat. A 5 minute drive, or take the open top Coast bus from outside the park.
A lively resort within a 10 minute drive of the park. Sandy beach with traditional donkey rides, the Grand Pier, and plenty of shops, places to eat and nightlife. Home to the annual Air Festival which welcomes thousands of visitors each June.
Cheddar Caves & Gorge
Probably best know for producing Cheese, Cheddar Village offers a selection of gift shops and cafes, an open top bus tour, Cheddar Caves and Jacob's Ladder. Cheddar is the largest Gorge in the United Kingdom and is locally known for producing great strawberries!
