There are three elements to the development, so you can choose the location that best suits you. 

The Lakes

This will offer the most exclusive lodges, with only a very limited number of pitches available around the landscaped lake. 

The Fairways

A selection of premium lodges that overlook the golf course and out towards the Mendip Hills

The Meadows

At the edge of the development, yet not overlooked, The Meadows will offer the starting range models from £140,000.

Within the development, you will find the purpose built, licensed, Country Club serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon teas, and of course, the golf club is on the doorstep, which is there for your use.

Of course, with our multi award winning Holiday Resort Unity nearby, you will find a host of facilities available for your use, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor play centre, leisure park complex, gym, a fishing lake stocked with species including tench, roach, bream and carp, a variety of places to eat and multiple entertainment venues offering live entertainment for all ages. An Owners’ Lounge is available, open seven days a week and serving complimentary hot drinks.  In addition, the Country Club will host exclusive lodge owners’ events.

Willerby Clearwater Holiday Lodge Kitchen and Dining AreaThere are a selection of holiday lodges for sale with models starting at £139,995.  We have a range of models in stock for ownership from February 2019 which include ABI Harrogate, Regal Wyndham, Willerby Clearwater, Swift Toronto and a Pemberton Rivendale, with more models to come.

The ABI Harrogate lodge offers a whole new level of luxury.  Built to residential specification, with fixtures and fittings of the highest standard, it offers a hallway, utility, master with en-suite, an additional family bathroom with full size bath and cathedral style front windows to maximise the views. There is an integrated Bluetooth sound system, USB charging points and, of course, gas central heating, double glazing and modern appliances.  Furnished in a rustic, country set style décor, if offers spacious, open plan living that simply resonates home.

The sophisticated Pemberton Rivendale offers not just a walk-in closet to the master suite, but also an additional snug – an ideal second “reception” room that you may decide to use as a quiet space for reading, or for the children to use as a gaming room, and certainly a model to consider if you are a family.  The Swift Toronto, also lends itself well to family living, with not just two, but three beds available in the second bedroom – bunks and a cabin bed, great for having the grandchildren to stay or if you are a larger family.

What we can offer, is the perfect luxury lodge to suit all of your requirements – we give you the option to choose. 

If you have a specific brand and model that you like, we can order this for you and have it sited on your chosen plot, provided it meets with the specifications of the development.  We also offer the option of upgrades on standards models, so we can have your chosen holiday home manufactured to order to meet your exact requirements, including fully accessible lodges.

Each holiday lodge will come with over 400 square foot of outdoor decking space, ideal for outdoor living, and will of course have private parking spaces allocated.

Every individual lodge has its own individual free wifi connection, important as a family and enabling you to work, if you have to, when you are away from home.

Pets are welcome too throughout the development, and at the leisure park you will find dog friendly dining for Rivendale Bathroom with Bath and Showerpets and owners alike, at the award winning COAST Cafe, not only serving you, but with a bespoke three-course dog menu.

Site Fees and Owner Benefits

Annual site fees start from just £5,950 per year for 12 months, which include free use of the swimming pool, grounds maintenance, and the entertainment facilities, with leisure packages available.
